Refunds & Withdrawal

1. 14-day money-back promise

If you are not satisfied with AgentWarden Pro, email operations@praesi.ai within 14 days of your first payment from the address you bought with, and we refund that payment in full to the original payment method, usually within 5 working days (your bank may take longer to show it). Your licence then returns to the Free plan. This promise applies once per customer, to the first payment of a subscription; it is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the “Manage subscription” link in any receipt email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge cancellation fees. Renewal payments are not refunded after the 14-day promise period, except where the law or section 4 requires it.

3. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

As a consumer in the EU or UK you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and digital services that start immediately, you lose that right once supply has begun if, before paying, you (a) expressly asked us to start immediately and (b) acknowledged that you would lose the right. At checkout we ask for both, and confirm them in your receipt.

If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract by sending us a clear statement, for example using the form below. We then refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method.

4. If something is wrong

If the Software is faulty or not as described, you are entitled under consumer law to have it brought into conformity, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, to a proportionate price reduction or a refund. If we remove a paid feature during your paid period, or end your licence without a reason under the Terms, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

5. How to ask

Email operations@praesi.ai with the email address you bought with and, if you have it, the receipt number. We reply within 2 working days.
